Interrelation between <i>Pseudomonas aeruginosa</i> quinolone signal and the level of immunoglobulins in the blood of patients with lung cancer

Introduction . Researchers in the field of oncology have a significant interest role microorganisms development malignant neoplasms. Aim To study levels 2-heptyl-3-hydroxy-4-quinolone (PQS) and 2-heptyl-4-quinolone (HHQ) produced by Pseudomonas aeruginosa blood patients with lung cancer to analyze relation between their changes level immunoglobulins vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) cancer. Materials methods PQS HHQ were quantified using high performance liquid chromatography. The G (IgG), secretory immunoglobulin A (s-IgA), VEGF determined ELISA. Results Analysis shown that is 2-fold higher than control group. This change accompanied decrease IgG, as well an increase content s-IgA blood. Conclusion elevated creating conditions aggravating course main disease worsening its prognosis.
